Well it's certainly the year for fancy Silver's at Ricinda Ranch with the arrival of a stunning silver black filly. Well done Diamond! This filly is by our reining stallion Hollywood Groover. As we retained the full sister last year we will also be taking EOIs on this special girl too

Our sweetheart diamond is our next beautiful mare to foal. she is carrying a Hollywood Groover bub and CANT wait to see what we get this time. Last year they gave us our very speical silver grulla filly 'Holly" who we have retained. This year some lucky person will get to call this bub their own  We are so happy to announce that a home has been decided this stunning blue roan filly. Huge congrats to her new owner. She is a top class filly with an exciting future ahead of her. So delighted with the quality of foals our boy Silver Big Stretch produced for his first season.  Oops! Normally we foal our mares down in the maternity paddock that's close to the house but missed this one. Val wasn't due till the 18th & checked her yesterday & thought I would bring her down tomorrow. Looks like she had other ideas. Big Welcome little (big) girl. Another filly by Silver Big Stretch & a blue roan to boot. Well what an amazing few days away at the Cowgirls Gathering we had. Last year I watched from the sidelines but this time took my amazing stallion Silver Big Stretch. What a great boy he was. Horses & people everywhere. Lots of new things including roping on horseback & he didn't bat an eye lid. It's smack bang in the middle of breeding season yet he was the complete gentleman. A huge thanks for my buddies Ricky, Jo Rach & of course Taj. For anyone u who couldn't make it this year make sure u mark in calendar for next year as it was fantastic! Next year we will be hitting the show pen so hold onto your hats! The partnership I have with this stallion really shows that even the wildest far fetched dreams really do come true  |
